We aim to despatch an order within 24 hours of receiving it, although at busy periods, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas, we cannot guarantee this level of service.
Orders within the UK:
Standard Delivery within the UK usually takes 3-5 working days, and we offer an upgrade (at the Checkout) for faster delivery, where orders arrive within 1-3 working days - although typically they are delivered next day.
Where possible we post all UK bound orders by Royal Mail. We may on occasion use an alternative method. This is dependant upon the size and weight of the item being sent.
We do send orders to addresses outside of the UK, however there may be restrictions on sending certain items (such as electrical goods, and plants) to other countries. Where this is an issue we will contact you and advise you of this. We will of course give you a full refund should we be unable to send an order under these circumstances.
If an order is missing or delayed, then please note that we will need to wait for 14 days before we trace, replace or refund the order.
International orders:
We are happy to send orders to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, and all international orders are sent by registered and trackable air mail.
Our shipping charges vary, dependant upon destination and also weight. By adding items to your cart you can use the shipping estimator to give you a shipping cost for your particular order. This amount is then automatically added when you go through the Checkout and confirm your order with us.
